Stationery Store
The last rumor I know of (via Liz at Big Hat Books), is the possibility of a stationery store going into the same store front as the small Patachou, and the French Pharmacy. Nothing concrete on that at the moment. May have to go sneaking around there and check it out soon.

I think this is probably the store called "RSVP" seen in one of Dave's photos.
